The interesting thing about any offer is, it needs to be credit worthy, many companies in todays industries rely on a can't refuse offer to buy on the day and not let you think about what it is you're buying.
 
The salesperson in your home wants you to sign up straight away without thinking about what it is you are signing, it is this method of selling that causes stress to the home owner, high pressure sales tactics are all too common place nowadays, but on the flip side of this is some people are aware of it and are ready or expecting it so they are not thinking about the work they want done, just the method of the salesperson at that time in their home, the result is a confused homeowner and an annoyed salesperson with the outlook of no commision, this at the end of the day, is not a good positive situation, and creates a very negative outlook on the industy as a whole.  All the staff at Techniques have at some point worked within the direct selling industies so its from this that we have developed our own unique way of selling that works incredibly well.
 
The first thing to ask yourself is what type of person (remember the salesperson represents the company) do you want in your home.
 
(A) The salesperson that first gives a high price and lots of waffle, then discounts it 30 - 40% to make you feel you have won the lotto, also says its a one time price that's it, if you don't buy it now it's gone, then gives an extra 10% just to sweeten you.
 
(B) Techniques salesperson " This is what we do, here is your price, would you like it in writing (please wait a few days for it to go through the system) is there any thing else we can help you with? Obviously you would select (B) simple, straight forward and no nonsence. 
 
 
22p a day is this a trick question? Well the answer is no it's not, it's simple maths, most of our contracts work out less than this, but its the method we use to base a system out over a given period of time.  If your intention is to use a finance company or use a company that uses a third party ( biggest finance company in the country so it supposedly has crediblitiy) then our method will show you that you can get the work done for less and save on interest.
 
We don't use any third party finance companies, we do not employ an interest free ( you do not get anything for free) credit scheme nor do we use the bank.
 
Our methods of work practice, is at the least homeowner friendly.  If you have read the text above you will understand that Techniques is a credible company whose sole purpose is to maintain a constant work load, in order for us to maintain this work load, we use a quoting system that allows us to be flexible and it this flexability that sets us aside from other companies.
